All in all it was a very good stay for family vacation. Hosts where very friendly and service-minded, even gave us room with amazing views. The location of the apartment was absolutely perfect and comfy short walk to restaurants of eden island, shopping mall, and the airport and the ferries.

The location of this hotel was fantastic - close to the airport and the ferries, making it convenient for travelers. the views from the balcony were beautiful, offering a picturesque setting for our Christmas vacation. Plus, we were provided with a golf cart to explore the resort, which was a fun and convenient way to get around.

There were a few aspects of our stay that were disappointing. the information we received from the reception regarding the ferries for island hopping was incorrect, and it seemed like they were trying to push a more expensive option on us.

Loved the variety of activities like snorkeling, windsurfing, diving. The private beaches and pools were a nice touch. And who doesn't enjoy a tour desk that can plan your entire stay?

Oh, and let's not forget the delightful surprise of unhelpful staff, rude management, and extra fees! Truly a memorable experience.
